Help Desk User Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use our Help Desk system for online structural engineering services. The Help Desk is the fastest and most effective way to get project support and submit inquiries.

1. Creating an Account

To use the Help Desk system, you must first register on our website.

Steps to Register:

  1. Visit our website: www.structomat.com
  2. Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Fill out the registration form with your name, email address, and password.
  4. Complete the registration by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
  5. Once verified, you can log in to your account.

Note: If you are already a member, simply click “Log In” to access your account.

2. Logging into the Help Desk

How to Log In?

  1. Go to the Support Page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. After logging in, the main dashboard will open.

3. Creating a New Support Ticket

To submit a project or technical support request, follow these steps:

Steps to Create a Ticket:

  1. Click the “New Ticket” button in the Help Desk panel.
  2. Fill in the required details in the form:
    • Subject: (Short description of the ticket)
    • Project Location : (Units , codes , seismic and wind loads depends on the location of the project)
    • Description: (Detailed description of the ticket )
    • Attach Files : (Available drawings,sketches,photos or reports Upload files if applicable.)
    • Category: (Purpose of the ticket, general, structural design and analysis, load bearing calculations, blueprint creation, custom structural solutions or consulting)
    • Preferred Delivery Time :
    • Budget Range: (the budget anticipated for the requested service)
  3. After completing the form, click “Submit”.
  4. Once the ticket is successfully created, the system will provide a thank you message.

4. Tracking Your Support Requests

How to Check Your Ticket Status?

  1. Go to the Support Page.
  2. You will see the status of all your open requests:
    • OPEN: Your request has been received and is being processed.
    • AWAITING CUSTOMER REPLY: Our team has replied, and you can review the details.
    • CLOSED: Your request has been completed and closed.
  3. Click on an open ticket to view details or add additional information.
